1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Complyra website and compliance platform ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of services

Complyra provides software for continuous compliance, risk management, control mapping, evidence management and audit readiness. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Services;
• Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful materials;
• Interfere with other users' access or use of the Services.

5. Intellectual property

Complyra and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks and content. You retain ownership of your data uploaded to the platform.

6. Confidentiality and data

We treat your compliance data as confidential and use it only to provide and improve the Services. Our data processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for accuracy, Complyra does not provide legal or audit advice. You remain responsible for ensuring your own compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality and liability shall survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

11. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
